Summary

Dr. Dauenhauer graduated veterinary school from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2007. She then completed a year long Small Animal Rotating Internship at the University of Minnesota VMC. Over the next 5 years she worked in small animal general practice in Michigan, then general practice and shelter medicine in Massachusetts. After moving back to Minnesota in 2014 and performing small animal relief work for about one year, she joined the University of Minnesota VMC faculty as an Assistant Professor in the new Urgent Care Service. Her clinical interests include ophthalmic cases and client education about pet urgent care.
